He pointed to the rubble of a collapsed building, stating, "I believe he might be in there." Meanwhile, relatives of Carlos Eduardo, another trapped victim, report hearing him groan from beneath the rubble but have not received any further signs of life.<\/p>\n

As the search continues, the smell of death permeates the air, raising health concerns among survivors. Local resident Glendys Delgado noted the absence of official help, relying instead on support from volunteers. She expressed concern about the health risks posed by the decaying bodies, stating, "There's a smell\u2026 the dead are already being felt.<\/p>\n
